H-1904 epoxy-functional silicone microspheres are high-performance functional additives designed for use in inks, coatings, and related systems. They can significantly enhance the abrasion and scratch resistance of coatings while imparting an elegant matte appearance and a unique silky touch. H-1904 offers flexible particle size options, customizable from 2.0 μm to 100.0 μm to meet diverse matting requirements. Generally, larger particle sizes produce stronger matting effects—ideal for applications requiring deep matte finishes—while smaller sizes (2.0–3.0 μm) are recommended for soft micro-matte finishes with smooth tactile feel and gentle visual appearance.

Usage Instructions
Dosage: Depending on desired feel and matting degree, the recommended addition level of H-1904 epoxy silicone microspheres is 1.0–15.0% of total ink or coating weight.
Incorporation: Disperse using a disperser, three-roll mill, or sand mill.
Note: If you are using it for water-based coatings, you can also directly use our water-based dispersion of epoxy-functional silicone microspheres, H-1304D. Simply add it to the water-based coating and stir until evenly dispersed.
Safety, Packaging, and Storage
Available in 10KG carton with inner plastic liner. Ensure the container lid is tightly closed after use if not completely emptied. Store at 5-35℃, avoiding freezing and direct sunlight. Keep sealed and stir well before use.
