H-3726 Single-Wall Carbon Nanotube (SWCNT) Dispersion

H-3726 Single-Wall Carbon Nanotube (SWCNT) Dispersion is a conductive additive specifically developed for glove applications. As a SWCNT-based concentrate, it is designed for latex and nitrile resin systems and is widely used in the production of industrial safety gloves, latex gloves, and nitrile gloves, with particular suitability for colored glove formulations.

This product provides excellent electrical conductivity for glove applications while requiring extremely low addition levels, thereby minimizing any adverse impact on the rheological behavior and mechanical properties of the base polymer matrix. H-3726 effectively preserves the original mechanical performance of gloves and achieves an optimal balance between conductive functionality and fundamental material properties.

Product Advantages

Addition level of 2%–12% enables excellent antistatic performance in latex and nitrile resin systems

Provides permanent and uniform electrical conductivity without the formation of localized “hot spots”

Typical dosage

The typical dosage of H-3726 ranges from 2% to 12%. Depending on the polymer characteristics and processing conditions, the effective loading range for antistatic or static-dissipative applications can be adjusted to 3–20 wt%.

The exact conductivity level depends on the targeted performance requirements, resin properties, processing conditions, and the presence of other formulation components.

H-3726 should be blended with latex or nitrile resin using a top-mounted agitator, ensuring proper dilution of the concentrate into the resin system.
