Usage Guidelines
H-6150 can enhance resin finishing effects. Replacing 40% of resin with H-6150 yields the following benefits:
1. Reduced tensile strength loss
2. Durable and soft hand-feel
3. Improved wash-and-wear durability, withstanding over 20 washes as verified by crease recovery or appearance tests
4. Better abrasion resistance
5. Reduced methanol emissions
After fabric treatment and drying, baking at a temperature of at least 130°C is necessary to ensure complete crosslinking and adhesion of the agent to the fibers.
Typical baking conditions: 130–180°C for 3 minutes–15 seconds.
Although H-6150 is a unique nano-dispersion, it is a polyurethane solution. Careful selection of softeners is necessary for bath compatibility.

Baking Temperature: 130–140°C
2 Durable Hand-Feel and Abrasion Resistance Enhancement
H-6150 provides exceptional results in cotton woven resin finishing, fabric durability, and abrasion resistance. Performance may vary based on dye type, fiber type, and fabric structure. Conduct laboratory testing for precise results.
Safety and Storage
Shelf Life: 12 months from production date in sealed containers. Freezing may occur at temperatures below 0°C, but the product can be used normally after thawing. Storage temperatures above 40°C may reduce stability.
