Application Guidelines

Curing & Drying Times

  • 20°C: Surface dry in 2–3h, touch/move dry in 4–5h, fully cured in 12–15h.
  • 5°C: Surface dry in 7–9h, touch/move dry in 9–11h, fully cured in 23–30h.
  • Optimal performance achieved after 7 days of full curing.

Application Methods

  • Recommended Techniques: Airless spraying, conventional spraying, and brushing.
  • Thinner Usage: Not recommended. If necessary, 5–10% benzene/ester-based mixed solvent can be added.

Precautions

  • Ideal application temperature range: 5°C–40°C. Avoid high humidity or rainy conditions.

  • Sealing requirement: After use, seal the B-component curing agent tightly to maintain performance.
