P-4412 Room Temperature Curing High-Temperature Resistant, Anti-Corrosion Ceramic Coating (Black Color)
SIOResin® P-4412 is a high-performance, high temperature resistant anti corrosion ceramic coating based on room-temperature curable polysilazane resin. The formulation incorporates copper chrome black pigment, phosphate-based anti-rust fillers, and highly stable inorganic silica powder. This coating is capable of withstanding temperatures above 600°C for extended periods, while offering high hardness, excellent water resistance, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, and outstanding aging durability.
As a new generation of organic–inorganic hybrid coating system, P-4412 combines advanced components such as high-temperature molecular materials, anti-corrosion fillers, ultrafine powders, and high-dispersion polymer liquids. Once cured, the coating film is dense and glossy, with a tightly bonded resin-filler structure that forms a compact protective layer.

High Temperature Anti Corrosion Ceramic Coating Application Instructions
P-4412 is a two-component, room-temperature curing product. Once mixed, the coating should be used within 6 hours. For long breaks between applications, tools must be cleaned promptly to avoid hardening. It is recommended to apply one single coat with a dry film thickness not exceeding 40 μm, as thicker coatings may affect performance.
Standard Procedure:
Surface Cleaning → Sanding/Blasting → Cleaning & Air Blowing → Mixing Coating → Spray Application → Curing
Important Notes:
- Sanding/Blasting: Clean the substrate by sanding or sandblasting to remove rust, dust, and dirt. Surface roughening significantly affects coating performance. Optimal surface cleanliness is Sa 2.5, minimum St 3 with no mill scale.
- Cleaning: Use a dedicated cleaner or degreaser to remove oil and dust left on the roughened surface.
- Dry Substrate: Ensure the substrate is clean and dry before coating.
- Coating Mixing: Mix the two components of P-4412 according to the specified ratio, stir thoroughly, and filter through a 300-mesh screen before use.
- Application Method: For lab conditions, a 1.0 mm nozzle spray gun yields optimal appearance and uniformity.
- Curing: After spraying, allow surface drying at room temperature for 1 hour, touch-dry in over 2 hours, fully cured in over 24 hours. Quick cure can also be achieved at 180°C for 20 minutes.

Storage & Transportation
- Store in a dry, cool, ventilated place, away from heat and open flames. Keep containers sealed.
- Storage temperature: 5–30°C. Shelf life: 6 months.
- Reseal immediately after use. Mixed coatings are not reusable and should be disposed of properly.
- Products beyond the shelf life may still be used if they pass inspection.
