SIOResin® P-4622 is a high-performance three-proofing coating based on polysilazane as the film-forming resin This coating cures at room temperature or under high-temperature conditions. This product is formulated with high-insulation fillers such as alumina, sericite mica, and fumed silica, providing excellent electrical insulation (dielectric strength ≥ 105 V/mm) and outstanding thermal stability. It is suitable for long-term use in high-temperature environments ranging from 400–500°C without cracking, peeling, or discoloration.
Additionally, P-4622 features high hardness, wear resistance, water tightness, acid and alkali resistance, salt spray corrosion resistance, and excellent aging durability. It is an ideal industrial-grade high-temperature insulating and anti-corrosion coating.

By combining high-insulation fillers of varying particle sizes and morphologies (e.g., alumina, sericite mica, fumed silica), a stable skeleton is formed. Recommended Curing Methods:
- For coating thickness >100 μm: room temperature curing recommended
- For 50–100 μm: 180℃ × 40 minutes recommended

Usage Time: Use within 4 hours after mixing the two components.
Recoating Interval: 5–8 minutes; recommended single-layer thickness <30 μm.
High-Temperature Insulating Coating Application Instructions
Standard Process:
Surface Cleaning → Grinding/Sandblasting → Cleaning and Air Blowing → Mixing Coating → Spray Application → Curing
Key Notes:
- Surface preparation should meet Sa2.5 (minimum St3) standard to remove scale and rust
- Use dedicated cleaner for degreasing
- Ensure the substrate is dry and clean before application
- Filter mixed coating through a 180-mesh screen before spraying
- Use spray guns with 1.0–1.5 mm nozzle for optimal results
Storage and Transportation
Store in a dry, cool, and ventilated area away from heat and open flames. Keep sealed.
Storage temperature: 10–30℃; Shelf life: 6 months
Reseal unused portions immediately. Mixed coatings cannot be reused and should be disposed of properly.
