Applications
- Waterproofing of Building Materials
Suitable for waterproofing and seepage prevention of cement concrete, natural stone (e.g., marble, granite), and gypsum products. Penetrates pores and forms a hydrophobic siloxane network after hydrolysis and condensation, reducing water absorption by over 80%. - Anti-permeability Cement Additive
Used as an additive in concrete to improve impermeability of structures such as dams, tunnels, and underground facilities. - Rubber Composite Modification
Functions as a silica dispersant to improve dispersion in rubber (e.g., tires, seals), reduce agglomeration, and enhance tear resistance and abrasion resistance in synergy with carbon black. - Powder Surface Treatment
Surface-coats inorganic powders such as TiO₂ and SiO₂ to improve their compatibility with polymers, enhancing mechanical properties of composites.
