Advanced Nano Ceramic Technology
SIO-8161H is formulated with advanced inorganic binders and functional nano ceramic additives. This composition creates a dense, vitrified ceramic layer after curing. The coating exhibits high hardness, strong adhesion, and excellent cohesion within a thin film structure. Even at a dry film thickness of only 20–25 μm, it delivers reliable ultra high temperature resistance and mechanical durability.
Stable Performance Above 1000°C
Many coatings fail during long-term heat exposure. SIO-8161H performs differently. It supports continuous operation above 1000°C and tolerates short-term exposure up to 1500°C. Rapid heating and cooling cycles do not cause cracking, peeling, or discoloration. This thermal shock resistance makes it suitable for systems exposed to frequent temperature fluctuations.
High Hardness and Wear Resistance
This ultra high temperature ceramic coating achieves 9H surface hardness under both ambient and elevated temperatures. The surface resists scratching, abrasion, and repeated mechanical contact. It endures more than 10,000 scrubbing cycles under load. Such durability extends service life for components subject to friction, vibration, or cleaning processes.
Resistance to Corrosion and Chemicals
SIO-8161H forms a dense, low-porosity ceramic surface. It resists salt spray, acids, alkalis, oils, and industrial contaminants. The hydrophobic and non-stick surface reduces fouling and coking at high temperatures. Deposits and stains wipe away easily, improving cleanliness and operational efficiency.
