WPU-2720 High Gloss and High Flexibility Polyurethane Resin
WPU-2720 is a polyether-based aliphatic water-based polyurethane resin. It offers excellent gloss, strength, and high elongation. The resin provides a smooth and full tactile feel with outstanding flexibility, capable of enduring 100,000 folding cycles.
It is suitable for topcoat applications in water-based ink leather, color ink formulation, water-based printing varnish, and more.

Product Features
- Excellent elasticity and high strength
- Outstanding adhesion to leather, textiles, and paper surfaces
- Rich and glossy appearance, with a gloss level greater than 90° at a 60° angle
- Excellent water resistance, no whitening after 24 hours of water immersion at 25℃
- Can be formulated with curing agents for improved resistance to alcohols. Contains no heavy metals, plasticizers, or other harmful substances.
Application Areas
Recommended for applications such as ink formulation, high-end leather coatings, water-based printing pastes, and more. Adding 0.5-1% of N,N-Dimethylaminopropylamine (DMAPA) or carbodiimide crosslinking agents in the formulation can improve the product's physical properties.

Safety, Packaging, and Storage
1. This product is not classified as hazardous. Store indoors in the original unopened and undamaged containers. Store at a temperature of 5-30℃ in dry conditions, avoiding direct sunlight.
2. The shelf life of this product is 6 months from the production date.
3. Packaging: 120kg plastic drums.
