Usage

A: Two-component Room Temperature Cure.
Use with 650 polyamide or T-31. The amount of 650 added should be 10-15% of the total resin weight; the amount of T-31 should be about 5-7% of the total resin weight.

B: High-Temperature Baking Cure
Mix with methylated amino resin 5747, adding 10%. Heat to 180°C for one hour for complete curing.

Precautions:

1. The diluent solvent used in this product must be free of water, sulfur compounds, pyridine, and other impurities to avoid affecting the adhesion, drying, and other properties of the resin film.

2. During processing, a large amount of flammable, explosive, and toxic solvents like xylene will volatilize. Ensure proper ventilation, fire safety, and strict elimination of fire sources. Operators should adhere to safety protocols.

3. Equipment and tools used in the processing of this product must be clean, and contamination by dust, foreign matter, or water must be strictly prevented.

4. Acids, bases, organic acid salts, and amines can accelerate curing and affect heat resistance and electrical properties. Therefore, this product must be stored away from these substances.

Safety, Packaging, and Storage

1. The storage period is initially set at six months. The product should be stored in a ventilated, cool, and dry place, protected from direct sunlight, and isolated from acids, bases, and fire sources.

2. The product is available in 200 kg large white iron drums and 20 kg small white iron drums.
