Application Areas

This product is widely used for decorative parts of cars, high-speed trains, airplanes, and mobile phones, particularly for the protection of aluminum alloy and stainless steel components like car trim, front faces, wheels, and seat frames.

Curing Conditions

  • Room Temperature: Naturally dries (surface dry in two hours). Hardness reaches H after 24 hours and 4H-5H after seven days.
  • Low Temperature Baking: Baked at 170°C for 20-30 minutes. Hardness reaches 3H after 24 hours and 4H-5H after seven days.

Note: To achieve maximum hardness and optimal performance, a curing time of more than seven days is required. The final coating hardness varies with different substrates; the harder the substrate, the higher the coating hardness.

Operating Process

  • Spray the original liquid.
  • Filter using a 400-mesh nylon filter, and apply after standing to remove bubbles.
  • Spray dry film thickness: 20-30μm.
  • Baking temperature: 150-170°C, baking time: 20-30 minutes.
  • Surface dry at room temperature: 2 hours.

Note: It is recommended to clean the substrate thoroughly before spraying and to use a spray gun dedicated to oil-based paint.

Packaging and Storage

1. Available in 4Kg and 18Kg iron drums.
2. Store sealed in a cool place, avoid direct sunlight, and store at room temperature.
