Application Areas
As a functional coating, SIO-520 is primarily used on surfaces of organic and inorganic substrates that are inert or difficult to adhere to. It is suitable for thermoplastic plastics, advertising paints, powder coatings, graffiti-resistant topcoats, GRC, stone, wood, paint surfaces, and more. It provides waterproofing, oil-repellent, and graffiti protection, making it ideal for removing oil marker stains and restoring old paint surfaces. It can also eliminate sun patterns and make aged surfaces look like new.

Curing Conditions
The surface will be dry to the touch within 6 minutes at room temperature. Fully cured after 24 hours, allowing for testing and use.
Application Process
1. Ensure the substrate surface is dry, free from oil, clean, and free of contaminants.
2. The product can be evenly wiped onto the substrate surface or applied by spraying, brushing, or dipping.

Precautions
1. Fast Drying: Since SIO-520 dries quickly, avoid exposing the product to air for extended periods without the lid.
2. Cleaning Tools: After spraying SIO-520, clean the spray gun and tools within 30 minutes using D40 or D100 cleaning agents.
3. Avoid Moisture: During spraying or dipping, ensure no contact with moisture. Do not mix water or alcohol into the product during storage or use. It is recommended to store the product in opaque glass bottles or aluminum cans, not in PET, LDPE, or other permeable bottles.
