SiO-715 High-temperature Resistance Silicone Resin Emulsion

Historically, the preparation of high-temperature-resistant coatings has relied on solvent-based silicone resins, typically using toluene or xylene as solvents. Traditional high-temperature coatings not only increase VOC emissions, causing environmental pollution, but also pose potential health risks to operators. To address this issue, our company has launched the SiO-715 water-based high-temperature resistance silicone resin emulsion, helping customers achieve water-based high-temperature coatings that meet market demands for ultra-high-temperature resistance (200℃~1000℃).

Curing Conditions

200~280℃ for 10-60 minutes, the higher the temperature, the shorter the curing time. Optimal curing at 220℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 10 minutes, with best salt spray and chemical resistance under these conditions.

Usage Recommendations

1. It is recommended to prepare water-based resin-free color paste first and then use it with the water-based silicone resin emulsion.
2. The formulated coating has good room temperature self-drying properties. For optimal heat resistance and physical mechanical properties, it is recommended to fully cure the coating at 200-280℃ for 10-60 minutes, preferably at 220℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 10 minutes.

Packaging and Storage

1. Packaging Specifications: 50 kg plastic barrels.
2. This product should be stored in a ventilated, cool place above 0℃ and not exceeding 40℃, and transported as a non-dangerous good.

Shelf Life

When stored in a sealed container, the shelf life is 12 months. Each product label indicates the "best use before" date. Storing the product beyond the indicated period does not necessarily mean it cannot be used. However, it is recommended to recheck the product's properties to ensure quality.
