Sio-805 Methylphenyl Silicone Resin

SiO-805 is a high-performance silicone resin known for its outstanding resistance to extreme temperatures, making it ideal for applications that require durable heat protection. Along with its superior thermal stability, SiO-805 offers excellent electrical insulation, ensuring reliable performance in high-voltage and high-temperature environments. Its moisture resistance further enhances its protective capabilities, safeguarding components against humidity and moisture-related damage.

Particularly suited for heat-resistant coatings in H-class motors and transformer coils, where it helps protect and extend the lifespan of electrical components operating under intense thermal conditions. Additionally, SiO-805 is widely used in electrical appliances and transistor sealing, providing insulation and stability under high heat. It also adheres well to metal substrates, making it a strong candidate for metal coating applications requiring both heat and electrical resistance.

Application Recommendations

Curing at high temperatures or with curing agents. For better heat resistance and physical mechanical properties, it is recommended to achieve complete curing under conditions of 180-280℃ for 15-60 minutes. Optimal curing conditions are 250℃ for 30 minutes or 280℃ for 15 minutes.
