UV-5042 is a waterborne matte polyurethane acrylic finish resin designed for UV/EB radiation curing. It provides a refined, low gloss finish along with an exceptionally smooth surface texture, making it ideal for applications requiring a premium matte appearance. This resin can be easily blended with other waterborne UV resins to enhance the hardness and scratch resistance of the final coating, offering improved durability and protection.
UV-5042 is versatile in application, supporting both spray and curtain coating processes. It is particularly well-suited for consumer electronic products such as protective casings and display panels, where a sleek, matte look and durability are key. Blending Note: Resin pH should be separately adjusted to 8-9.

Safety, Packaging, and Storage
1. Non-hazardous product. Store indoors in the original unopened and undamaged containers at a temperature of 4-40℃. Store in a dry area, away from direct sunlight and radiation sources. Ensure proper ventilation and avoid contact with strong acids or alkalis.
2. Under the above storage conditions, the shelf life is 6 months from the production date.
3. Packaging available in non-recoverable plastic drums of 50KG/120KG. After use, ensure the drum is tightly sealed.
Precautions
The toxicological properties of this product have not been fully determined. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. This product may cause skin and eye irritation and possible allergic reactions. Thoroughly clean after use and maintain good ventilation and container integrity.
